Privacy & Security
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information that you provide, to anyone outside of our organization and our tour partners.

As per requirements of each tour, it is necessary that we share your basic rider information with the tour and tour director. However, this information is strictly confidential, and remains between Domestique Tours by Shuttleguy and the tour.

We understand how important it is for you to be comfortable and secure ordering our services online. Our web servers and PayPal servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which is a protocol that transmits your confidential information over the Internet in an encrypted format.
SSL ensures that the information is sent, unchanged, only to the server you intended to send it to. Online shopping sites frequently use SSL technology to safeguard credit card and other confidential information.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation notices must be made in writing by email, fax, or postal mail. Cancellations received at least 61 days prior to the first day of tour service will be assessed a $30 fee. Cancellations received 60 to 30 days prior to the first day of tour service will be assessed a 50% or $30 fee, whichever is greater. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the first day of tour service.
